What a great buck! Check out this great buck and story from Tim Hofer.
"Peter, well, when you suggest dates, hunters better sit up and listen. I was asking you, prior to the rut hunt, for suggested best dates and you told me Nov. 14th-17th, give or take a couple days on either side. I'm sending you a picture of the buck that I harvested of Nov. 17th. I arrowed him at 17 yards and he went down about 60 yards from there. Thanks for the great advice. He measured twenty and a half inside and he was rough scored at 143. I'll get his measurements for the official score, after the taxiderist is finished. Take care, Tim."
